It occurred today and its a whopping 8.9 magnitude quake and it resulted in Tsunamis too. News here. I certainly hope Japan is alright after this. Earthquakes are not uncommon in Japan and they do have measures against it so we rarely see news about their quakes. For us to get news of it must mean the quake is pretty devastating this time...
